Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and document resolution processes
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and threat detection systems
- Collaborate with global IT teams on system updates and deployments
- Support user requests via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvements
- Adhere to strict SLA compliance and incident response protocols
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows systems administration
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) a plus
