Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight shifts
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including servers and cloud services
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and system updates using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system deployments and upgrades
- Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments during low-traffic periods
- Assist with disaster recovery testing and incident response procedures
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and configuration management records
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be eligible for college credit through your institution
