Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate warehouse operations during overnight shifts
- Track inventory levels using WMS software and generate daily reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Assist in implementing process improvements for night shift efficiency
- Train on safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Document operational data and maintain accurate records
- Participate in end-of-shift handover briefings
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college program (Business, Supply Chain, or Operations preferred)
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for internship
