Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily collection and processing of data with high accuracy.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the night operations team.
- Monitor communication channels and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Maintain and update digital records and databases.
- Generate and review performance reports for the evening shift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all company safety and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or associate/bachelor's degree program.
- Available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
