Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory systems and track shipments using WMS software
- Coordinate with overnight team to optimize loading/unloading operations
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Assist in maintaining safety compliance and OSHA standards
- Generate daily operational reports for management review
- Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in business, supply chain, or logistics program
- Available to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
