Responsibilities
- Assist in the real-time monitoring of warehouse inventory and stock levels during night operations.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Support the loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift handovers and operational continuity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines and company emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service setting is a plus.
