Responsibilities
- Support nightly inventory reconciliation using WMS systems
- Assist with order fulfillment and quality assurance checks
- Participate in process improvement initiatives under mentorship
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business program
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
