Responsibilities

- Assist with user training materials for internal knowledge base
- Participate in cross-departmental IT improvement projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
