Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot server systems and network infrastructure during designated night shifts.
- Perform routine data entry, database updates, and report generation to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist senior technicians with software installations, patches, and security updates.
- Respond to internal IT help desk tickets with a focus on speed and resolution.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on new software deployments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation environment.
- Document technical procedures and operational changes for future reference.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in backend systems, data management, or technical support.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
