Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues for clients during the night shift.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve basic hardware and software problems.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist in maintaining the security and uptime of local servers.
- Communicate effectively with users to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
