Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and ticketing systems.
- Monitor system alerts and server performance during off-hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in our comprehensive knowledge base.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of end-user devices and network peripherals.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of critical issues.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics to identify connectivity issues and resolve them efficiently.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and network concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with high energy and focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
