Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to design, code, and test software solutions.
- Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and maintaining existing applications and codebases.
- Participate in code reviews and documentation processes to ensure high-quality standards.
- Engage in agile meetings, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to track project progress.
- Support the deployment of software releases and monitor system performance.
- Research and implement new technologies to improve existing workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (Java, Python, or C# preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel within El Paso.
