Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in executing daily social media campaigns and content creation.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer support and client communication via email and phone.
- Manage and update internal databases and CRM systems with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials and presentations.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Complete assigned projects within strict deadlines to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (sophomore, junior, or senior status preferred).
- Must be eligible to receive College Credit for the internship.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings if needed.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
