Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with daily social media campaigns and content scheduling.
- Support sales operations by conducting research and preparing client materials.
- Analyze website traffic and user engagement data to optimize performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone and email.
- Update company databases and maintain accurate client records.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions for new strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.
- Reliable transportation and access to a stable internet connection.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn quickly.
