Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in conducting local market research and analyzing consumer trends in Pennsylvania.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns, including content creation and community management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach materials and assist in lead generation activities.
- Update and maintain the company CRM database with accurate client information.
- Attend weekly team meetings to discuss project progress and receive mentorship.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Help organize and coordinate local community outreach events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Eagerness to learn new digital tools and marketing strategies.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
