Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Analyze website performance metrics using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to improve user engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities in the Charlotte market.
- Support the development of technical documentation and internal communication materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Maintain and update company databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and contribute to daily planning and problem-solving sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Familiarity with basic web technologies such as HTML, CSS, or WordPress is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
