Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via ticketing systems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for network connectivity and device issues.
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions accurately.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the IT Manager.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be currently pursuing higher education).
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Mac, or Linux).
