Position Overview
As an Intern on the night shift, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our daily operational excellence and ensuring seamless client support during off-hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming data requests with high accuracy and speed.
- Provide tier-one support and assistance to internal teams via chat, email, and phone.
- Conduct routine system checks and log performance metrics for nightly review.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of nightly operational reports.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Identify and report potential process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (College Credit available).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
