Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily operational reports and system alerts during night shifts to ensure continuity.
- Perform high-volume data entry and verification tasks to maintain database accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and tickets received via phone, email, and chat during off-hours.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand off critical information and pending tasks seamlessly.
- Identify, document, and report recurring technical or process issues to the senior management team.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and company policies.
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to improve overall night shift efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School Diploma or Associate's/Bachelor's degree program (Student status required).
- Must be available to work 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Night Shift) on a full-time basis during the summer months.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation (if on-site) or stable home internet connection (if remote).
