Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot operational workflows during night shifts.
- Assist in data entry, verification, and report generation.
- Provide tier-1 customer support to night-time clients via chat and phone.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless transitions.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and logs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program (any major).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
