Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets and communications during evening hours.
- Assist the night operations team with accurate data entry and system maintenance.
- Conduct research and generate daily reports on operational metrics and performance.
- Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (high school graduates welcome).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting.
