Responsibilities
- Monitor Night Operations: Oversee system performance and data feeds during the night shift to ensure 100% uptime and accuracy.
- Technical Support: Assist the night operations manager in troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating complex problems to senior staff.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Process incoming data entries, verify information against databases, and generate daily performance reports.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communication channels during off-hours.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks on outgoing communications and reports to maintain high-quality standards.
- Document Management: Organize and file digital and physical documents related to daily operations.
Qualifications
- Enrollment Status: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (undergraduate or graduate).
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday).
- Education: Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality, time management, and responsibility.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service oriented mindset.
