Responsibilities
- Assist in managing weekend data entry and filing operations to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Support the Weekend Operations Manager with logistics and scheduling for weekend shifts.
- Perform quality assurance checks on assigned projects and reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients during peak weekend hours.
- Update internal databases and documentation with current project information.
- Conduct basic research to support ongoing departmental initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior standing preferred).
- Available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.
