Responsibilities
- Assist with Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze complex data sets to support business decision-making processes.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with the team to streamline daily workflows and improve office efficiency.
- Customer & Client Relations: Handle inquiries professionally and assist in maintaining strong relationships with our local client base.
- Project Coordination: Help coordinate summer and fall project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
- Market Research: Conduct research on local market trends in Kentucky to help identify new business opportunities.
- Administrative Support: Manage filing systems, schedule meetings, and prepare necessary documentation for the management team.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: You must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university program (Associates, Bachelors, or Graduate level).
- Availability: Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (30-40 hours per week) for the Summer or Fall term.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Louisville, KY.
