Responsibilities
- Monitor System Performance: Track system metrics and logs overnight to ensure optimal functionality.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input and verify data from various sources during off-peak hours.
- Ticket Support: Assist the night support team by responding to internal inquiries and resolving basic technical issues.
- Report Generation: Compile daily reports summarizing work completed during the shift.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current night operations and suggest actionable improvements.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (High School graduates welcome).
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web browsers.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high accuracy standards for data and documentation.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
