Responsibilities
- Operations Support: Assist the weekend operations team with daily logistics, inventory tracking, and facility management tasks.
- Customer Assistance: Provide top-tier support to internal and external stakeholders during peak weekend hours.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Maintain accurate records in our CRM systems and generate weekly performance reports.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure weekend projects are completed on time and efficiently.
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing summer initiatives and special events as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Business, IT, Logistics, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekday evenings as needed.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong desire to learn.
