Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during evening hours.
- Perform data entry, quality assurance checks, and maintain accurate digital records.
- Assist the night operations team with customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Support the deployment of software updates and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct research and compile reports on operational trends.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
