Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during assigned night shift hours.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in internal databases.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity and document overnight activities.
- Participate in weekly training sessions, shadowing opportunities, and professional development workshops.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, report generation, and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (Associateās or Bachelorās degree preferred).
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire.
- Availability to work 3rd shift (evenings/nights) on a full-time basis (40 hours/week).
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal/written expression.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driverās license.
