Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to system alerts and technical support tickets during evening hours.
- Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting to support day-shift operations.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic software and hardware issues for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all activities performed.
- Support the Quality Assurance team with night audit processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
