Responsibilities
- Monitor Operations: Oversee daily night shift operations to ensure all safety and security protocols are strictly followed.
- Data Management: Assist in the accurate entry, maintenance, and organization of digital records and databases.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional support to evening clientele via phone and email, resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Shift Coordination: Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure seamless handover of daily tasks and logs.
- Inventory Control: Conduct nightly audits of supplies and inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Reporting: Compile and submit daily activity reports highlighting key metrics and issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a high school diploma program or pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Availability: Must be available to work 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry and reporting tasks.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and commitment to employment.
