Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the loading, unloading, and staging of merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.
- Packaging: Ensure all packages are properly labeled, sealed, and prepared for shipping according to safety standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of incoming and outgoing goods to identify discrepancies or damages.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, GED, or a related post-secondary program.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
