Responsibilities
- Support weekend warehouse operations including inventory audits and quality control checks
- Analyze logistics data to identify efficiency improvements in weekend workflows
- Assist in coordinating weekend transportation schedules and route optimization
- Document operational processes and create procedural guides for weekend teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve weekend-specific operational challenges
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for weekend shift performance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekend performance reports
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college program (Sophomore/Junior status preferred)
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ in relevant coursework)
- Availability to work full weekends (Saturday & Sunday) during the summer term
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles or logistics operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Valid driver's license preferred (for occasional site visits)
