Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Oversee real-time logistics software and database updates to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Data Entry: Process incoming shipments and customer orders with a high degree of precision and speed.
- Support Operations: Assist the night supervisor in coordinating with regional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine audits of daily logs and documentation to maintain compliance standards.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal support requests during the evening shift.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Information Technology (Summer/Fall start preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive work ethic.
- Location: Must reside in the Chicago, IL area or be willing to commute.
