Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily inventory management and stock replenishment processes to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of the warehouse floor and equipment to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the shift lead and night team to resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain efficiency.
- Monitor quality control standards for outgoing packages and resolve minor discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the storage facility for easy accessibility.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods with minor breaks.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or GED (or currently pursuing one).
