Responsibilities
- Assist the operations and logistics team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Monitor supply chain inventory levels and assist in the preparation of shipping documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports to the management team.
- Support customer service inquiries regarding order status and logistics details.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and filing system.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred).
- Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the summer months (May – August).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
