Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting via phone, email, and live chat.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify software bugs and suggest improvements.
- Conduct basic system diagnostics and hardware/software installations.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and team training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Strong interest in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Communications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
