Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Document service tickets using ITSM software (ServiceNow)
- Assist with network diagnostics and security protocols
- Train clients on new software implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Participate in weekly professional development workshops
- Support office equipment maintenance and inventory
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university (required)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week (flexible scheduling)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
