Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated individual to assist our operations and marketing teams. As an intern, you will support daily business functions, contribute to strategic initiatives, and learn the ins and outs of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor data to support business strategies.
- Support the marketing team in content creation, social media management, and email campaigns.
- Manage and update internal databases and filing systems with high accuracy.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings.
- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work on-site in Chicago.
- Ability to commit to a 12-week internship program.
