Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on consumer trends in the Florida and California markets to support strategic decision-making.
- Customer Success: Engage with clients and prospects to resolve inquiries and gather feedback, ensuring a premium service experience.
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across social platforms to drive engagement.
- Event Support: Help coordinate and execute summer promotional events, including logistics and attendee coordination.
- Data Administration: Maintain accurate records and assist in the preparation of weekly performance reports.
- Creative Collaboration: Brainstorm innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and assist in the production of visual assets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, College, or University program (freshmen through senior year).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn from feedback.
- Reliable internet connection for remote or hybrid work options.
