Responsibilities
- Assist the Development Team: Support software engineering projects, including coding, debugging, and documentation under senior supervision.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for the marketing department.
- Customer Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Data Analysis: Process and analyze large datasets to help optimize business processes.
- Project Coordination: Help organize team meetings, prepare presentation materials, and track project milestones.
- Content Creation: Draft blog posts, social media updates, and internal reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, including some weekends or evenings as needed.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams.
- Self-Motivation: Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and learn new tools quickly.
