Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily receiving and shipping of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized digital records of shipments and deliveries.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline daily workflows and resolve logistical issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding order status.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and prevent loss.
Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
