Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and staging of freight shipments during night operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Input and maintain accurate data in warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure timely and efficient processing of orders.
- Identify and report operational inefficiencies or safety hazards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Must be eligible to receive College Credit for this internship.
- Availability to work Night Shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) for the duration of the summer program.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
