Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time inventory levels and update digital tracking systems during night shift operations.
- Assist in the preparation and verification of daily shipping manifests and documentation.
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming stock to ensure accuracy and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to relay critical operational updates and issues.
- Maintain a high standard of organization in the warehouse and office spaces.
- Identify and document potential bottlenecks in the workflow to support process improvement initiatives.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program and seeking academic credit for the internship.
- Available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Seattle office location.
- Basic understanding of supply chain or logistics concepts is a plus.
