Responsibilities
- Assist senior software engineers and developers in the design, coding, and testing of web and mobile applications.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support ongoing business intelligence and software development initiatives.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and technical code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Document technical requirements, user stories, and system architecture using industry-standard tools.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases to improve application performance and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product management, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Attend weekly training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest technological trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of basic programming concepts and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and solve problems efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
