Responsibilities
- Support daily IT operations including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Assist in deploying and configuring cloud infrastructure components (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation for knowledge base
- Collaborate on security initiatives including vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Provide Level 1/2 user support for hardware/software issues
- Participate in cross-functional projects with engineering and operations teams
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong foundational knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during academic terms
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
