Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for employees during night hours
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud systems
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using ticketing systems
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and system updates
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT, Computer Science, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site support)
