Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 IT infrastructure monitoring and incident resolution during night shifts
- Assist with data analysis projects using SQL and Excel to generate business insights
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives including system upgrades and security audits
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles for internal use
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning sessions
- Provide tier-1 customer support via ticketing systems and chat platforms
- Shadow senior engineers during system deployments and maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related program
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site requirements
