Responsibilities
- Support daily operations by handling customer inquiries via phone and digital channels during the night shift.

Qualifications

- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
