Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve technical and billing issues using Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Document customer interactions with precision in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm)
- Analyze customer feedback trends to identify service enhancement opportunities
- Support marketing campaigns through customer engagement activities
- Complete weekly training modules on new product releases
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program (Sophomore+ standing)
- Availability to work weekend shifts (12-16 hours weekly)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM knowledge
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Authorized to work in the United States
- 3.0 GPA or higher preferred
