As an intern, you will work directly with our sales and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and learn the ropes of the digital marketing industry.
Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Manage daily emails and inquiries from clients across Miami and NC regions.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain customer records in our sales database accurately and efficiently.
- Support Tasks: Assist the senior team with data entry and administrative tasks to streamline operations.
- Social Media Engagement: Monitor social media channels for client feedback and engagement opportunities.
- Reporting: Compile weekly reports on customer feedback and common issues to help improve service.
- Learning: Attend virtual training sessions on digital marketing strategies and sales techniques.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-up meetings and contribute ideas to team projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Students Welcome).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required for remote work.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Interest in digital marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available for a 3-month internship commitment.
